In this game, children must keep their balloon airborne by using only the body part called out by the instructor—such as their head, foot, knee, shoulder, nose, elbow, or finger. If the balloon touches the ground, that participant is out of the round. The goal is to stay focused, adapt to the changing cues, and keep the balloon moving!
By using tactical touch and a soothing cream, we guide children to ground their energy, bond with their caregivers, and learn the art of self-soothing.
Turn bath time into a grounding ritual!
Right after a warm bath, practice massaging the arms, legs, and body with slow, gentle strokes to help your child feel steady, safe, and completely ready for a peaceful night's rest.
Nine tiles with hidden numbers are placed in a grid. Players must flip them over, memorize their positions, and reveal them in the correct numerical order. The first player to successfully flip all numbers in the correct sequence wins.
