This collection of structured lesson plans is designed to be effective, flexible, and most importantly, fun. Our main objective is to build body awareness and coordination through a journey that respects the way children naturally learn.
We believe in a "Bottom-Up" approach: first we move, then we settle, then we focus.
"Shake it off to wake it up." Every session begins here. We warm up the body to prepare the mind. Movement is the body’s natural language—don’t be afraid to let them explore it freely. By activating the physical self first, we create the space for what follows.
"Stillness follows movement." Stillness is easier once the body has been heard. Our approach is brief and interactive; we don’t demand perfect posture or quiet. Instead, we invite children to interact naturally. It’s about discovery, not discipline, everything builds with time.
"Challenge the mind." We conclude each session with a tried-and-tested exercise. These games are the "final puzzle piece," specifically designed to build sharp attention, impulse control, and strategic planning in a way that feels like play.
Be resourceful and creative! If specific materials aren't available, adapt with what you have on hand: use balloons instead of balls, or cushions instead of hula hoops. Don't let logistical details get in the way of your planning or the flow of the sessions.
Be patient. Every child moves at their own pace. The goal isn't perfection; it’s discovery. Download the full guide below and enjoy the journey!
