Scatter circular, two-colored disks across the floor. Divide the children into two teams. Assign each team a color. Play an upbeat, motivating soundtrack to begin the game.
While the music plays, children must run around and flip the disks so their team’s color is facing up. The opposing team will be trying to flip them back to their own color at the same time.
When the music stops, count the number of disks showing each color. The team with the highest number of disks in their color wins!
