Lesson 7

CARDIO KIDS

Training the body through fun, active games.

The Friendly Battle

Who needs real snow? Grab a foam ball, take cover, and get moving! Our "Snow Fight" game is a fan-favorite that builds agility, coordination, and tons of laughter. It’s active, safe, and pure, unadulterated fun for all ages.

MINDFULNESS

Pip’s Happy Heart

Pip the Mouse had very big ears and a very happy heart. Pip loved to walk through the Sunny Forest, looking for the best things in the world.

He didn't look for gold. He didn't look for toys. Pip looked for Generosity.

Sharing is Generous!

One morning, Pip sat under a big oak tree. He watched his friend, Rabbit. Rabbit had one delicious, crunchy carrot. But just then, Snail crawled by, looking very hungry. Rabbit didn't eat the whole carrot. Instead, he broke it in half and gave a big piece to Snail.

Pip felt his cheeks turn up into a big grin. He whispered, "Seeing generous acts makes me smile!"

Encouraging Words are Generous!

Pip walked a little further. He heard a soft sound. He looked up and saw Bluebird talking to Turtle. Turtle looked sad because he had dropped his favorite shiny rock. But Bluebird flew down and chirped, "Don't worry, friend. You are brave and strong. We will find it together!"

Pip felt his cheeks turn up into a big grin. He whispered, "Hearing generous words makes me smile!"

Helping is Generous!

Suddenly, Pip spotted a bright green leaf on the ground. But then he saw Ant who was shaking and sweating while trying to carry that giant leaf all by himself. Pip knew exactly what to do. He ran right over and grabbed the other side of the heavy leaf. "Let me help you with that heavy lifting, friend!" Pip cheered.

Saying Thank You is Generous!

Together they carried the leaf all the way to Ant’s home. Ant wiped his forehead, let out a big "Phew!", and looked at Pip with a wide, grateful smile. "Thank you, Pip!" Ant cheered. Ant’s face lit up as he gave Pip a joyful, tiny high-five wave. Pip realized that saying "thank you" was a special kind of generosity, too. It was a gift of words that made him feel seen and appreciated.

Generosity Makes Me Happy!

Pip smiled a smile so big that his big ears wiggled and his cheeks puffed up like two pink balloons! Inside his chest, his heart felt so warm and cozy, it felt like it was wearing a fuzzy sweater made of sunshine. He realized that giving didn't make him have less. Giving made him have more, more friends, more smiles, and a very, very happy heart.

CHALLENGE OF THE WEEK

Look for one way you can help at home or at school without being asked, just like Pip helped Ant with his heavy leaf.

BRAIN GAMES

Memory hoops.

Working memory in action !

Arrange 9 hoops on the floor in 3 groups of three (or a single long path). The instructor performs a sequence of 6 to 7 specific steps, jumping or stepping into designated hoops in a precise order. Players observe the sequence, memorize the pattern, and then recreate it from memory.
